		+	Vimeo
		+	Jing and
		+	Screentoaster
		+	2. Report on your collective activities, meetings and interactions during the week. In addition, give some specific locations, documents, or products of your efforts.

		+	During this week Magda and I wrote a review of the book,"Moodle 1.9 for Teaching Special Education Children (5-10): Beginner's Guide, written by Vanessa S. Olsen. [You can find that review at http://rdsolomonphd.blogspot.com/2010/08/moodle-1.html].

		+	I also showed Silvia Purpori how to find the embed code of a WiZiQ powerpoint presentation and embed the PPT on your blog. This is the WiZiQ ppt that I placed on my blog at this link http://rdsolomonphd.blogspot.com/2010/08/wiziq-session-2-connect-communicate.html.

		+	I also had an opportunity to have a Skype chat with Glen Gatin on Second Life (SL). Later in the week Glen Gatin gave Magda and me a personal tour of Conviviality Corner, his specific location in Second Life. After these interactions, I spent some time exploring Second Life, and have prepared this introductory tutorial on how the use the basic tools in SL. 		+	Much of this week I was working on my final project, a moodle course entitled Mentoring Students to Become Jewish Educators (MS2JE). This is what I have accomplished on my final project to date. To achieve this I have had many conversations with Nellie Deutsch, Ludmilla Smirnova, Magda Madkour and Jeanine Jenkins.

		+	3. Report what worked best and did not work or worked less than desired. YouTube, Vimeo, Jing and Screentoaster will be wonderful tools to add to my Moodle course. I'm not certain I can use Second Life in my Moodle course at this time

		+	4. How do you think these tools add to the overall Moodle experience in learning and why might you use these tools in a Moodle course?

		+	There is no question in my mind that both YouTube and Vimeo add a new video dimension to learning and thus I intend to use these tools in my Moodle course.
		+	Moreover, I think Jing and Screentoaster are excellent web tools to teach my students how to (a) negotiate the moodle and (b) apply new web tools that we will be adding to the Moodle experience.

		+	5. What specific educational processes did you observe or participate during the week?

		+	During this week I engaged in the following educational experiences/processes:
		+	collaborative writing of the book review with Dr. Magda Madkour
		+	forum discussions with Silvia Purpori, Magda Madkour, Roger Goodson and others. One of the rich outcomes of these discussions was my learning how to embed power points and videos on my blog. My conversations with Nellie and Ludmila helped me add important information on my Moodle, MS2JE
		+	The most exciting educational experience of the week was exploring Second Life (SL) with Glen and Magda, and then making an introductory tutorial on using the basic tools of SL.

		+	Being in the Moodle for Teachers Advance course has been very rewarding and I love how IT4ALL provides information that can transform into something amazing in the long run. When I first started Moodle back in January, I was totally clueless as to what to do and how to use it. Even though I came not knowing anything, I was determined to take away something. As a proactive participant, I utilized all the resources, followed the directions, experiment and explore. Moving onto the Moodle Advance I can look back and appreciate my work and what I have accomplished. Many participants join the workshops for various reasons, my reasons was to conquer the unknown and not be afraid with experimenting and exploring things until I have mastered it. This has been one of my greatest experiences ever. In addition, I have meet amazing educators from around the globe. Later, I began co-facilitating and I truly love the experience. What I love best is the amazing support group that we have here at IT4ALL. During my most difficult times, IT4ALL has been a tremendous support and full of encouragement. Truly, I feel so blessed and honored to be a part of amazing, talented, and awesome group of participants as well as the dynamic IT4ALL staff. You all are the best!!!!
